For the past few days, most of the people from all over the world would be shocked about the recent Global Human Swine Influenza. Well, as of today, that i am writing this blog, i came across 2 of the most updated websites with regards to the “Swine Flu” or better known as “H1N1″ flu.

No, i wont be writing on any tips or advises but just going to provide all of you out there to the 2 links. Both websites have their tips on how people can prevent themselves from the risk of being affected. Ok, so most of Us would be frustrated with the advises on to stay away from those affected countries but nonetheless, at the end of the day, its up to the individual to follow strictly to it.

Ok here are the websites which I strongly encourage all of you if you are in doubt with anything. As you know, there are bound to be a lot of myths or strange understanding regarding the flu. I have heard from those “Ah peks” or uncle from nearby coffeeshops regarding the flu and of course, sometimes i felt like i wanna “cut in” their conversation and tell them its not true. Alright, not going to be interfere with their conversation.

Ok, enough of the sharing, most important of all, hope all of you out there to stay healthy and take care of yourself and your family. Remember, every little effort by you to stay healthy and keep your surroundings clean plays a part in our effort to combat this H1N1 flu.
